Avian is an independent creative project that started as a bedroom project by Stefano Šišović in 2021 with a demo EP Juno which set the tone for the core sound - melodic leads, heavy rhythm, and complex beats released in 2022.
The exploration continued with the demo album ‘‘Little Things’’ in 2023, which further solidified the things that made Avian, this time with the help of Denholm Horn, a like-minded guitarist and producer from York, UK.
The collaboration continued into today with Avians debut album ‘‘Vesper’’, with contributions from Denholm Horn, Josip Plejić, Marko Majer, and Manuel Trabucco - forming a formidable team of talented musicians focused on the same goal - the best instrumental progressive rock album possible.

Every part of this project is self-funded and self-directed; from the music and artwork to the garments and physical editions.
